How do you navigate the website?

The five sections of the Ignis Asset Management site can be accessed via links displayed along the homepage. These link to sections for Financial Advisors, Private Investors, UK Institutional Investors, International Investors as well as our Corporate Website.

For general information and news about the company select the link to the Corporate Website.

Otherwise, choose the section that applies to you, read and accept the disclaimer.

Once you have accepted the disclaimer, navigate the site using the links on the top navigation bar. The left hand menu displays links to subsections within each section, if applicable.

Is there an overview of the content of the website and/or specific sections?

To view the sitemap please go to the page footer and click on Sitemap. Here you will find an expandable tree diagram of the website.

To view a sitemap within a specific section e.g. Financial Adviser or Private Investor enter the section and then click the Sitemap link in the footer of each page.

The website hasn't displayed correctly, why?

Ignis Asset Management website is optimised for use with

• Netscape Navigator 4 or higher

• Opera 5 or higher

The site may work in older versions, but certain features may be disabled or may be displayed incorrectly.

What is a PDF and how can I view it?

PDF (portable document format) is a file format which displays a printed document as an electronic image that you can view, navigate, print, or forward to someone else.

PDF files are created using Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat Capture, or similar products. To view and use the files, you need the free Acrobat Reader.
Download the Adobe Reader here*.

Once you've downloaded Acrobat Reader, it will launch automatically whenever you want to look at a PDF file.

How can I print content from the website?

To print pages choose the File menu on the top left hand side of your browser and select print or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P.

If the content disappears off the right hand side of your paper, you may need to change your Printer Setup.

To do this choose >>File>>Page Setup>>select the landscape button>>then Print.

What is Flash and how can I view content in Flash?

Macromedia Flash is an application for developing media content, user interfaces, and web applications.

The Macromedia Flash Player is a multiple-platform client. Web users must download and install the player in order to view and interact with Macromedia Flash content.

The player is deployed on 98% of Internet-capable machines. If you do not currently have Flash, you can download it from Adobe Macromedia*.

What do I need to view the Ignis TV webcasts?

To view the Ignis TV webcasts (online TV interviews with our Investment Managers and Directors) you need a media player.

We recommend you use Windows Media Player which you can download from Windows Media Player*.

Please note the Ignis TV link will take you to the Asset TV website, for which you need to be a subscriber to access the content. Subscription to this service is free.

The Asset TV link is provided for your information and convenience but you should be aware that by clicking on it, you will navigate to a third party website where we cannot be responsible for site content or accuracy.
