Cartesian Circular

As part of the transition of Cartesian Capital Partners to a standalone business, a proposed scheme of arrangement for the reconstruction of Ignis Cartesian UK Opportunities Fund into TM Cartesian UK Opportunities Fund, a sub-fund of the TM Cartesian Investment Funds ICVC has been issued to all unit holders in the unit trust. An EGM has been set for 30 May 2013 at 11am where unit holders will have the opportunity to vote on the proposals.
