Ignis International Cartesian Enhanced Alpha Fund

The Ignis International Cartesian Enhanced Alpha Fund is a sub fund of Ignis International Funds plc, an open ended investment company with variable capital incorporated in Ireland, which is registered for marketing purposes in the UK.

The fund is sterling-denominated and aims to achieve long-term capital growth through a controlled combination of long and short equity exposure while maintaining close to 100% net exposure, in UK equities across all parts of the market.

Successful shorting requires a unique skill set. Selecting shorts is not something that a traditional long-only manager can easily include in their investment process, as this requires a different type of investment expertise. As with any investment, selecting a skilled manager is critical. Cartesian Capital Partners, a specialist UK equity boutique, offers these credentials.

Past performance is not a guide to future performance. The value of investments and any income from them can fall as well as rise and is not guaranteed. Exchange rate movements may cause the value of overseas investments to fluctuate.
