    For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 (“DPA”) the data controller in respect of any personal information provided is Ignis Fund Managers Limited (“IFM”), however this is dependent on the type of fund you invest in as some instances it may be Ignis International Funds plc (“IIF”) or Ignis Alternative Funds plc (“IAF”) or Ignis Fund Managers Limited (“IFM”). We are committed to compliance with the DPA and to safeguarding your information.

    IFM is a member of the Ignis Asset Management Ltd. (“Ignis”) group of companies which includes IFM and Ignis Investment Services Limited. Personal Information provided by you or by others on your behalf will be shared with companies in the Ignis group of companies, the wider Phoenix group of companies and our distribution partners.     Personal information will be used for a number of different purposes including:
