With a diverse investment capability across key asset classes, the multi-boutique structure consists of eight proprietary teams in Glasgow and London complemented by our three joint venture boutiques: Argonaut, Cartesian and HEXAM. In addition, Axial Investment Management is specialist in Fund of Hedge Fund and asset liability matching.
The joint venture approach provides our clients with an additional range of investment options and access to highly skilled, specialist fund management teams. The individual joint venture managers own a 50% stake in the business and focus solely on running money, thus aligning their interests with clients’ objectives. Ignis Asset Management owns the remaining 50% and takes care of distribution, marketing, access to research and all compliance and administrative infrastructure functions.
