ANNOUNCEMENT:Cartesian Capital Partners and Ignis Asset Management have agreed to end their joint venture partnership. Under the terms of the agreement Ignis will sell its financial interest to Cartesian Capital Partners and will transfer its distribution and operational support functions to Cartesian over the following 9 to 12 months.
This transition process commenced on 11 October 2012 with the transfer of sales and distribution responsibilities directly to Cartesian, including the distribution of their respective funds in the UK and Europe.
